What I do and how I can help you: I manage breast cancer survivorship care and symptom management for surgical issues in breast surgery patients. I also follow patients at high risk for breast cancer.
Why I like working here: I find it rewarding to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to care for my patients. I have found that our patients are incredibly grateful for the care they receive at ABBCI. The team goal is excellence in care, and that is important to me.

Hobbies and interests: Travel, Steelers football, reading. I recently started watercolor painting.
Something people might be surprised to know about me that I would like to share: My husband and I have a goal of taking our two sons to all 50 states, including many national parks. We have currently traveled to 49 states, and we have saved Hawaii for last.

When I joined: I initially joined LG Health as a primary-care PA in 2021 and transferred to the ABBCI in November 2023.
What I do and how I can help you: I see patients with hematologic or oncologic diagnoses in an outpatient medical oncology clinic, as well as consulting/managing patients as part of the inpatient hematology/oncology service at LGH.
Why I like working here: I enjoy getting to work in a larger medical group comprised of both doctors and APPs – it allows for many different perspectives on how to treat patients, and I enjoy getting to learn from so many different providers.

Hobbies and interests: Weight lifting, running, learning about nutrition/fitness, and reading

Amanda Lynn, CRNP

What I do and how I can help you: I work with the gynecology oncology service. My patients will see me throughout their course of treatment, both in the hospital after surgery, and in the clinic for treatment visits and symptom management. I am here to help my patients understand their diagnosis, treat symptoms, and monitor them for disease recurrence.
Why I like working here: Everyone here at ABBCI is so kind and dedicated to their work. It feels like a privilege to be able to work with a patient population I have always felt passionate about, alongside people who feel the same.

Hobbies and interests: I love cooking, reading, and playing tennis! My husband and I bought our first home last year, so one of my biggest hobbies lately is decorating and home improvement projects!

Archana Sharma, CRNP
When I joined: July 18, 2016
What I do and how I can help you: I am the Nurse Practitioner who works with the colorectal surgeons, Drs. Walid Hesham and Fiona Gaunay, and with hepato-pancreas-biliary surgeon Dr. Robert Roses from Penn. I primarily see all patients who need mediports inserted to receive intravenous anticancer therapy. I compete the history and physical, and exam, and coordinate surgery for them. I also see patients for colorectal and GI symptom management. I am involved in colorectal cancer patient survivorship care.
Why I like working here: Who wouldn’t? Everyone here is so dedicated and committed to cancer care!

Hobbies and interests: Singing, gardening, bead-making, and overall eating

Alexis Stambaugh, MSN, CRNP

What I do and how I can help you: I am a nurse practitioner specializing in Breast Surgical Oncology. Patients may see me for both benign and malignant breast concerns. Additionally, I provide care for patients who are at high risk for breast cancer based on their family or personal history. I am here to assist with annual breast cancer surveillance, guidance through survivorship, high-risk screening, and overall health and wellness for breast cancer prevention.
Why I like working here: Everyone at ABBCI has such a strong passion for what they do. The team I work with goes to great lengths to advocate for our patients, which is remarkable!

Hobbies and interests: Outside of work, I enjoy traveling the world, anything involving food, adventures with my husband, artistic/crafty pursuits, music and dance, and restaurant-hopping in downtown Lancaster.
Something people might be surprised to know about me that I would like to share: I am a huge foodie and love to travel the world. I enjoy connecting with people from other cultures, specifically through their cuisine. I share these adventures and what I learn with others through photography, videography, and writing on my blog.

What I do and how I can help you: I work as a physician assistant on the Hematology & Medical Oncology team. I help to evaluate, manage, and treat patients who are under our care.
Why I like working here: The people. I love my team and trust them completely—they’re fantastic!
Hometown: Lancaster
Hobbies and interests: I love to travel and experience new places. If I cannot leave home for adventures, I find them in books! I enjoy reading—primarily fantasy/science fiction with a sprinkling of mystery, fiction, nature, and history. I am the jigsaw puzzle champion of my family. In addition I adore the spring/summer and love spending time outside as much as possible. I have spent many summers gardening and taking jogs on the local rails-to-trails.
Something people might be surprised to know about me that I would like to share: I have lived all over the country – six states/districts in less than 10 years. I would like to hear where you have lived before you came to Lancaster!
