Mrs. Roark died Saturday at her home. She was the widow of the late Richard Roark, retired commissioner of streets for Springfield. Herbert L. Gregory PORTLAND, Tenn. Herbert Luther Gregory, 90, of Portland, a retired schoolteacher, died yesterday in Sumner County Memorial Hospital, Gallatin, Tenn. Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Wilkinson and Wiseman Funeral Home.
